VOR Statement to ODEP Rescinding Proposed Rule to Elimate 14(c)

VOR sent a letter of thanks to the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, Office of Disability Employment Policy for rescinding the December, 2024 Proposed Rule that would have phased out and eliminated 14(c) progams and compensatory wage certificates for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
